Summary :
Sung Jin-Woo, a weak hunter barely scraping by, is tasked with clearing out a dungeon with a group of other hunters. However, the dungeon is much more dangerous than expected, and Jin-Woo and his gang are quickly overwhelmed. Jin-Woo is the only survivor and is left to face the dungeon boss monster alone.
Jin-Woo is badly injured fighting the boss monster, but is able to defeat it with the help of his Shadow Soldiers. Victory comes at a cost, however, as two of Jin-Woo’s shadow soldiers are killed.
After the battle, Jin-Woo is approached by two men who reveal that they are members of the Hunter Association. They inform Jin-Woo that he is being investigated for killing other hunters and that he must come with them for questioning.
Jin-Woo knows he’s innocent, but he also knows he can’t resist the Hunter Association. She goes with both men but vows to run away and clear her name.
Solo Leveling Chapter 22 is a pivotal chapter in the series. This is the first time that Jin-Woo is forced to kill another human, and it is also the first time that he is confronted by the Hunter Association.
The chapter is well paced and tense and does a good job of building tension towards the climax. The action scenes are also well done and exciting.
Overall, Solo Leveling Chapter 22 is a great chapter that will keep the reader engaged from start to finish.
